Quality Assurance "Starting with quality and ending with quality" is the foundation of our production and QA system. From procuring components to sub-assemblies and finishing touches, all of our products undergo rigorous QA procedures at every stage of production. Here are some highlights about our quality management system. Certifications Our manufacturing sites are ISO 9001, ISO/TS 16949 and ISO 14001:2004 certified. QA Training At our manufacturing facility, all new employees must go through a thorough training process on quality management system, and pass the examinations upon completion. Every employee must take regularly scheduled QA training program to update and refresh them with quality management procedures. Quality Management of Procured Material We only use monitored suppliers and select high quality components to ensure the excellence of our products. All procured material and components are checked before being used for production. Material certificates from suppliers can be supplied when required. In-process QA Besides operator's self check at every stage, full-time QA staff routinely conduct selective tests on the spot to make sure all technical requirements are strictly met. Improvement or corrective action is immediately implemented when needed.
100% Checking of Sub-assemblies Operators conduct 100% self checking, and In-process QA personnel do spot checking for all sub-assemblies. All sub-assemblies before being assembled to the final harness are 100% checked. 100% Electrical Continuity Testing We have computerized back-wired form-boards for each type of harness. All sub-assemblies are 100% tested for electrical continuity. All finished harnesses are 100% tested for electrical continuity.
100% Visual Checking of Final Products Besides 100% electrical continuity testing, all finished wire harnesses are also 100% visually checked for conformity of measurements, appearance, labeling, packaging etc.
QA Lab We also regularly carry out lab tests on samples for specific quality requirements. These include pull tests, salt spray tests, temperature resistance tests, and fire retardant tests. Equipment is regularly tested and calibrated.
